Another in a series of articles addressing the trend toward school consolidation appeared on page 2 of the November 18, 1914 edition of The True Republican.
This article reveals that history does repeat itself. Or at the very least does not change. The battle for education funding and the allocation of those funds was just as much of a problem as it is today.
